What can I expect to get out of the time I put in?

Meet People: Volunteering provides you with an avenue to meet other volunteers and people involved with The Doghouse.

Effect the future: Since the The Doghouse builds an endowment for the future of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender community, and grants to a wide variety of organizations, volunteering with The Doghouse gives you the opportunity to effect the future of your community.

Build Skills: Add to your portfolio of skills by serving on committees, helping with events and making decisions that effect tomorrow, today.

Fit Your Wants: You can volunteer in a number of ways suited to your interests and availability.

What Volunteer Opportunities are there with the The Doghouse?

Office Support: Volunteer on a weekly/bi-weekly basis in our office!

Special Events: Help out at special events throughout the year!

Committees: From running raffles and managing Pride’s investments to selecting scholarship recipients, Pride has a committee working to further our mission. If you have a special expertise we would love to tap it. If you want to build skills, we'll work with you to gain them.
